TERMS OF SALE & USE
These terms explain how the JE TECH catalog, WhatsApp ordering, delivery, pricing, product conditions, and support process work.
JE TECH publishes product information in good faith and works to keep specifications, condition, price, and availability accurate. Availability may change before an order is confirmed. An out-of-stock product may remain visible so you can request alternatives.
The customer-facing JE TECH ID and general stock status are shown on each listing. Availability is confirmed before the order is finalized.
When online ordering is available, a successfully saved order receives a reference and remains under review. We will contact you as soon as possible to confirm availability and details. Adding items to the cart or receiving a reference does not reserve stock or confirm payment or acceptance. Any proposed price change requires your agreement before confirmation. A failed submission without a saved receipt is not proof of an order; retry using the same form.
You may also contact us through WhatsApp. Opening WhatsApp does not register an order by itself. Sending a WhatsApp message is not required to keep an order already saved on the website.
Payment is Cash on Delivery unless JE TECH and the customer expressly agree otherwise.
Each product identifies its condition. Used devices are described as Excellent / Like New. Warranty is included, and its duration and coverage are the details shown for each individual device. No general warranty period overrides the product listing.
Warranty coverage, exclusions, inspection, repair, replacement, and refund procedures are governed by the published Warranty, Returns & Exchanges policy.
Read the Warranty, Returns & Exchanges policyDelivery is free across Lebanon. It usually takes 3–4 days and may sometimes take 2 days depending on the area and availability. Timing is an estimate and is confirmed with you before dispatch.
A free mouse and laptop bag are included with every laptop. Optional free software setup covers free software or software for which the customer has a valid licence. JE TECH does not provide or promise unlicensed paid software.
Read the Delivery informationPrices are displayed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. When a genuine sale price is available, the regular price and current sale price are both shown. The price becomes final when JE TECH confirms the product and order with you.
Return and exchange eligibility depends on the device condition, the reason for the request, inspection, and product availability, as explained in our Warranty, Returns & Exchanges policy. Please report delivery damage or an immediately visible fault within 48 hours when possible; this does not remove warranty rights for faults that appear later.
To request a cancellation, contact JE TECH as soon as possible through WhatsApp. We will confirm whether cancellation is available based on the order's preparation stage. If it has already been dispatched or delivered, the published return and exchange rules apply.
Review the return and exchange rulesYou must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, submit false information, or use the website for unlawful activity. WhatsApp, Instagram, and other external services apply their own terms when you use them.
