Information we collect

When online ordering is available, we collect your name, phone number, city, delivery address, optional notes, and selected products. We save the order and a contact record for order follow-up in our restricted administration system. You do not need an account. Your delivery details are not saved in the browser's persistent cart; that cart stores product selections only.

We collect information you choose to provide when you contact us, start a WhatsApp inquiry, request warranty support, create an optional account, or save favorites. This may include your name, email address, phone number, product details, messages, preferred language, and service information.

If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides the basic account identity needed to sign you in, such as your email address and profile name. JE TECH does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, or other Google services.

We may process limited technical and security information, including a short-lived, non-reversible identifier derived from an IP address, to protect forms, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure.

If you accept website analytics, Google Analytics processes limited usage information such as pages viewed, interactions, device and browser details, and approximate location. JE TECH does not intentionally send your name, email address, phone number, warranty details, or WhatsApp message content to Google Analytics.

How we use information

Checkout email is optional. We use it for promotional offers only if you separately opt in to email marketing. We record that choice and its date with the order. Declining offers does not affect ordering or remove the contact and order records needed for service. You can ask us to stop promotional emails using the support email below.

We use information to receive and review orders, contact you to confirm availability and delivery details, answer inquiries, arrange delivery, provide warranty support, operate optional accounts and favorites, secure the website, and improve store operations. WhatsApp is an optional follow-up channel for an order already saved on the website.

You do not need an account to browse products or place an order through WhatsApp.

Service providers and external services

We use trusted service providers for website and database hosting, authentication, email delivery, and form protection. They process information only as needed to provide those services and under their own security and privacy terms.

WhatsApp and Instagram are external services. Their own privacy terms apply when you open or use those services. Google Analytics loads only after you accept the website analytics choice; declining prevents the analytics tag from loading.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, customer support, security, and applicable legal obligations. Personal data in closed warranty tickets is scheduled for anonymization after 24 months, except where a longer period is reasonably required for a legal, fraud-prevention, or security reason.

We use restricted administrative access, server-side authorization, access controls, and encrypted connections. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete eligible account information. You may also use the website without creating an account. Some information may be retained where reasonably required to complete a transaction, handle a warranty matter, prevent fraud, or meet a legal obligation.
